Tools We Use

Hey there! Welcome to our little corner of digital magic. 🎬

Making videos, exploring adventures, and sharing fun stuff online is amazing — but let’s be real, it’s a lot easier when you’ve got the right tools. From editing videos like a pro to growing a YouTube channel (even if you’re just starting out), these are the apps, software, and gear that make our videos shine. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means we get a tiny thank-you if you decide to try them — at no extra cost to you. But mostly, we just want to show you the stuff that makes content creation actually fun!

Video Editing Software

  • CapCut (Paid & Free Versions) – Extract audio, keep or remove voices, add captions, stickers, music, and effects. Perfect for quick edits or creative experiments.
  • iMovie – Ideal for Apple users wanting simple, clean editing.
  • Filmora – More advanced editing features for pro-style videos.

We mostly use CapCut, and it’s amazing. We actually use the paid version, and it’s worth every penny for a few reasons:

  • You can extract audio from videos, which is super handy if you want music or sound effects without background voices.
  • You can keep or delete voices on clips — perfect if I’m doing a reaction or Dad wants to narrate over something.
  • Easy-to-use tools for cutting, adding captions, stickers, and music.

I like adding music, quick cuts, and funny captions. Even little things like zooming in on a reaction or adding a “boing” sound effect makes a huge difference. The best part? I get to experiment and see what works — it’s like playing with Lego, but on video.
